I am sure at some point in your life you will have attempted to make a drum sound mouth and succeeded. It's not that hard, a simple 'boom-chish' does it.
And then there will be some more of you who will have tried to take it a step further by trying to be a 'human beatbox'. And failed; sounding more like cacophony of bottom trumpet noises.
