Wasn't the office of the two 'marks' in the lastest episode the same office that the crew used in the first episode?

they looked quite similar as they were both corner offices, but the doors where in different places and the windows where different.

this new series has been a little boring so far, much prefered series 1-3 with all the original cast. series 4 was OK i guess too, didnt seem right without Adrian Lester though.

The female pales in comparison to Jaime Murray (Stacie)
And it just lacks something without the other cast members. Still miles better than most of the junk on the TV though.
Unfortunately after 5 series the wrtiters and whats left of the cast may have to end it if they don't want to ruin what was a great concept.
Agreed. I got the idea of sticking up a fake wall within a second of them saying it couldn't be moved. Apart from anything else, it's been done on Jonathan Creek!

Same here!

I'll keep watching its still better than most other things on TV!

I actually like the new series.

I think with Micky back, its a lot better than without him - he was integral. And to be honest they needed to revamp the show. The fact that Stacie and Danny are making a career in the USA, just made it inevitable.

For those who prefer Stacie, you might like to check out Dexter, Season2, where she shows herself, in all her glory ;)

Tghe new series is still a great watch but I do agree that it isn't nearly as great as the first/second series. The last episode was not that hard of a brain teaser because It was planly obvious what they did.

You cant really compare the 5th series with the 1st or 2nd as at that time, Hustle was all new to us. After 4 series, we have all learnt the usual tricks the writers of the show use to hustle people out of money.

At some point the writers will have used all the tricks and twists that they can think of, after which, they will simply be repeating. To this end, it might be an idea to end the show after this series, though I still think this is the best show on the BBC right now.

Enjoying this new series and not seeing it as much of a disappointment just yet. I'm sure the new characters will grow on us and develop their own clever traits.

Just a pity the last episode was so predictable with regards to how they carried out the con. Either that, or the idea has been nicked from another series/film.

I didn't like how smug they were, I'd have liked the episode to have ended with them being murdered.

really enjoying this series.

all of them have to be taken with a pinch of salt for believability but still very entertaining

Why is it that most of our series are really short? 6 episodes? Come on seriously. I want more than that, what is it with the best British sitcoms?

When e.g. Allo Allo won an american contract for a year they shortened each episode slightly, but then made 22(I think) that year. It didn't effect the quality of each one etc.
