Hybrid drive vs SSD

Would any one choose a hybrid drive such as a Seagate Momentus XT hybrid over an ssd?

Anyone got one? Performance?

Can't really compare, SSD will still be a lot quicker.

It's more of a HDD vs Hybrid HDD question right now.

ive being seriously considering an XT hybrid for my itx build as hopefully it should be a lot quieter and more responsive

Basically, hybrids are cheaper than SSDs for the capacity, but are faster than HDDs (but not as fast as SSDs).
