So thought I'd come back with a quick update to this.

Got a set of Clarks M2 in the end. 180 Front, 160 Rear. Came with everything I needed in the box. Only £39.99! from Amazon.

Honestly, for that price, I can't fault them, Crazy that they can sell for/what you get for that price.

Only had a short ride to test if they were working. But so far so good, easily better than the old V setup.

yeah great.

I can only really compare them to the old V brakes, so I am not sure how they stack up against more expensive options like the Shimano mt200. But good bite, feel, and power, so no complaints. Especially at £39!
