Hyperlink problems (outlook & MSN)

Basically, when you click a link in either MSN or on an email, a new browser opens and it goes to the page...

Since about a month ago, when I click a hyperlink (in an email or on MSN) nothing happens... and there are no IE windows open or anything.

Any ideas? Its such an anoying fault!

i had this problem not long ago.

the trick is to have 1 IE opened and click the link and it'll open new IE.

ye, but it used to open a new window, whether or not I had IE open... now it doesnt no matter if IE is open or not mate?
