Hypothetical question

I wouldn't marry a person with whom I had spent less than 4 years (cohabiting). Seems very silly to me that someone would marry and move in having never lived with that person before. T'aint always how you imagined it ;P.

My wife and I got married before living together. Been married 2 years and a week now and yet to experience any problematic issues.

Same here. We were together for over 5 years anyway, so knew each other fairly well.

No niggles at all.

I wouldn't (and didn't) marry someone before living with them.

Its only when you spend every day in each others pockets that you learn how much you want to savagely kill the other person with a claw hammer...

Luckily if its meant to be, that urge starts to go away.

I would have to live with someone for two years before I considered marriage. I think that would be enough time to witness every aspect of their personality and give enough time for things to fall apart if they were going to.

Bet hey, every case is probably different.
