ok, people did build upon Roman knowledge, but some things were forgotten that have been discovered recently

there is no physical rule in nature that says that technology progresses though. we could easily destroy our planet and send ourselves back to the cave man era.

Personlly i'd rather live in the 70's, even more so if I can travel with a band like in Almost Famous.

Yes I do realise that but its not exactly easy to find one is it. If you go for a tour round a national park where there are only 6 tigers covering 300sqkm the odds don't exactly favour you
