I didn't know about this before seeing it in this thread, but I found a clip on Youtube. Absolute gold. Both for the comedy value and for nobody being nasty about it.
EDIT: While looking for a video, I happened to find that out it's probably not a Zoom filter that someone else had applied and which the lawyer didn't know how to turn off. It's some bloatware that Dell plops onto some of their computers.

First thing you should do on a Dell (or any other prebuilt PC) is wipe it and install a clean image. You never know what is hidden in the crapware and usually there is excessive amounts of it.
