I have seen cases of that esp with the Heir Hunters program on TV. They have sometimes been told to go away cause the person thinks its a con and miss out on their inheritance.

You need to think big, tell him he needs to fly you out to Hong Kong to meet him in person. Or failing that he need to provide a photograph of him doing something stupid.
