Different apps for different purposes really although there is a fair overlap in functionality. I find I only use Photoshop for adding web borders and serious noise reduction etc these days, all the cropping and exposure adjustments I do in Lightroom.

Yup same here, lightroom for import to DNG then fix any WB issues/vibrancy or convert to BW then mass export a JPG version into the albums folder for easy viewing across the Lan (the DNG images stay in the raw dump folder, I only manage RAW files in Lightroom) - Photoshop gets used when I want to frame up photos or retouch more than what lightroom is capable of or if I need to use layers/Lomo effects
