I can only afford one at a time...

all good games...even though bioshock gets pretty boring near the end.

cod 4 is great all the way through but a bit on the short side....all ghillied up is one of the best missions u will probably ever play(looks amazing too).

crysis was more of a tech demo in the past but now there is affordable hardware to run the game it can be quite fun......im currently playing through crysis with infinite ammo.
yes its cheating and no i dont normally cheat but tbh i just found it a lot more fun so left it on. if u find the game boring then its worth playing with that....also being able to carry more than 2 weapons :p
 
I'd buy COD4 first, as it's a great game.
Then I'd buy Bioshock, which is well presented and worth playing through albeit nothing special.
Finally Crysis, as you may have upgraded your PC by then and it would benefit the most from an upgrade.
 
CoD4 has best single player (FPS kind wise at least) story-line, atmosphere and action I've EVER EVER EVER seen in my long gampe-play life, and I've played hundreds of titles. Too bad it's so short.

If you got 20+ wiedescreen, decent 5.1 speakers, pop full details and turn up the sounds there is only 2 words that can describe it:

BLOODY AMAZING.


I almost had an orgasm while playing it.


About crysis.... first 20minutes were great due to the eye candy on very high but then I just switched it off .... BORING.


Buy diablo 1 and 2 if you aint got it yet ;).

Best combination really.

Call of Duty 4 has to be the best FPS game in singleplayer and online i have played in ages. The storyline is short and sweet but the online adds so much more to the game. Brilliant its a game that should be bought first.

Not played bioshock apart from the Demo but i really enjoyed the demo, Crysis was good but i would expect Bioshock to be more engaging and a lot more fun.
 
COD4 1st deffo.

Bioshock is an excellent game but COD4 will be a better purchase due to the cracking multiplayer.

Never really tried Crysis so cant comment on that.

You are an immortal and undying god. You can kill EVERY enemy in the game by wrenching them, dying, wrenching them, etc etc etc untill they are dead.

I agree that ruined bioshock for me the first 30 mins was wow if you play, i would put it on the hardest setting and play it. It looks nice until you get up close to the textures.

Crysis i really liked the jungle part but it went down hill from there, might have enjoyed it more if i would get higher frame rate.

Not played cod 4 but with online play you get a lot of play time with it.
 
CoD 4 is woefully short and makes me extremely glad i borrowed it rather than shell out for it

imo:

1 Bioshock
2 Crysis
3 Medieval Total War II :P
