mate, i saw this thread quite some time ago, when you first started it, i had some serious doubts but you need to prove me and the other doubters we are wrong.
3.8ghz on an athlon on watercooling?
am i missing something or have you not said your using Ln2?
if your such a good clocker why on earth are you asking us for help?
i honestly dont understand how you would manage to get to 3.8ghz on water let alone on that POS mobo (and those clocks on the graphics are very high too) and need to ask us why it wont clock any higher.
Im sorry if im asking too much here but untill you do a screenshot of superpi doing 32m/1m caclulation, cpu-z latest version, cpu-z validation, a64 tweaker (obviously you will need to use this as its impossible to not use it at that speed) in one other screeny and 3dmark 05/06 just after it finnish's the test.

that seems to be what system your talking about, the guy is using a tripple cascade system on the cpu/grfx not watercooling.
sorry, also you use norton, theres another reason for me not trusting you.
so untill you post screenys and valid results im not going to belive you, sorry.
