I personally would just make lots of holes with a screwdriver, eventually making a big enough hole to dip. If you can only make one hole though, you could suck the salsa out of the jar and spit it into a bowl for dipping.

I wouldn't need to do any of that though, I can open my jars

But once you have just a single whole in the lid it should come straight off. Its the airpressure that is really holding it on
