all i've been eating tonight is warm milk and dairylee triangles. last night i had chilli, not silly strong but after it just felt like any lining my tummy had was washed away.

last few weeks i've been really trying to hit 5 a day where mostly i'd be two a day at best, this is prolly self inflicted buurrrpp. no pain but i don't feel right urgh.

Your "tummy"? What is this, CBBC? :p Also, five what a day? Are you drunk man?

Makes me wonder too, I haven't eaten veg in weeks and feel strong as bull.

Well not quite, but I havent been blowing my ring out for years since I stopped eating veg regularly.

Meat FTW.

Dairylea cheese is processed muck. I used to love that stuff over 6 months ago with cream crackers.

jakobs cream crackers with butter :) dairylee when nothing else will stay down... like tonight.

tommorows breaky will be 3 or 4 scrambled eggs with salt n pepper. no extra tomato or fruit or veg of any kind.

going back to my, maybe one a day.

You need...........

instead of my usual breaky, marmite and peanut butter on toast, i switched burrrppp lol costant burping umm to two oranges and a banana and the get three in an evening meal.

gonna go back to more meat, and the occasional tomato heh. don't like this feeling of a tummy :p injury 24/7.

Are you drunk?

yeah youve gone from a high carb breakfast to a high fibre one instantly, that will upset your internals!

Why not just have one slice of the toast with a banana?

Gotta start somewhere.

you've all been very funny :p i'm gonna try to hit a middle ground although my facial skin has a lovely glow so i'm told heh

gonna go back to more meat, my usual excercise (less energy with 5 a day for me) and maybe have a satsuma on boxing day.

Try spreading the fruit out a bit more instead of thinking that more meat is the answer.

As for marmite AND peanut butter... WTF? Please tell me they're on separate slices at least.
