We found out what it was. Someone who has a military secrets website posted, and then I drove down there and had a look, it's an Orica depot for storing explosives used in quarrying.

Its a secret nuclear bunker.

If you look round the squares you can see the grass changes colour slightly in a circle covering the concret tubes in which the missiles are housed; just like the missle silos in the USA do......

Either that or the new underground headquarters of International Rescue....

Why cover it up with a black rectangle?

If I was a terrorist / had my finger on "the button" I would just look on Google Earth for big black rectangles and go bomb whatever is under it.

Maybe thats its purpose?
To trick idiots into shooting their missiles at empty land.
