I cant find it on the fourm, looked for ages.

Can anyone explain "pancake term"

What does it mean?
Why was someone called pancake?
Any links?

My understanding of it is that the photoshop (?) of a rabbit with a pancake on its head started it off years ago as a general internet theme and signified confusion about what a particular poster had just written.

Then it kind of morphed here (I'm guessing after other places), into meaning 'I don't care' as well particularly in polls. For example:

What is your favourite vegetable?

*peas
*carrotts
*anything long to slide up my bottom
*celery
*pancake

So the last option would be given for those not bothered about the question, but for some reason cared enough to want to answer the poll.

But their was this bloke who said can all this pancake **** stop OR was that because he was fed up of the pancake talk. And then he was renamed pancake?

AHHHHHHHHH ok cool, and then the guy who posted CAN ALL THIS PANCAKE **** stop, had his name changed?

Yeap, it got out of hand really. Somebody would create a thread, and before long people would start replying pancake.

To be fair though most of that was here in gd and was a useful response to people asking dumb questions, or boring us with the girl they don't know how to ask out.
