I have a choice. (quick bit of help please)

Here is the choice I have:

E6320, DS3, Crucial Ballistix PC5300.

or

E4300, DS3, Crucial Ballistix PC5300 + £30 3rd party cooler (will decide on which one when I get this sorted out first)

I want to be able to overclock as much as possible. I've heard the E6320 clocks better than the 4300, but I'll have better cooling with the 4300 choice which will help.

I'm on a really tight budget so I can't have the first choice with the cooler. >_<

Which would be the better choice?

Oh and if anyone can recommend a different setup for around the same price and performance I'm open to ideas.

I also think the DS3P is better [ IIRC? ] @ £5 more it has an extra 300MHz of FSB.

Yeah that was the one I was planning on getting. I just didn't think to call it DS3P sorry.

np lol, tbh its not worth the drop in basic performance and life time of the system just to get a cooler, even if you are overclocking.
