i have a paypal question

Hi all, i'd rather post here as i know i would get a faster and beter reply

I have been using paypal for as long as I can remember, ive just been paid £80 or so, Ive just tried to withdraw it to my bank account (which ive done in the past) and its asking me to enter my bank details, which i thought was a bit strange, anyway, I entered my details and then I got this message :

This bank account is disabled for entry into the PayPal website. Please add a different bank account instead.

If you would still like to use this bank account, you may fax us a copy of the bank statement with the two amounts PayPal deposited in your bank account shown and a copy of your driving licence or other photo ID. You must use this form for your fax cover sheet and send the fax to (402) 537-5780.

Have you tried contacting CS? No way would i fax them any information like that.

Have you got any family members using paypal? Maybe pay them as a gift and then transfer it to there bank and they give you the money? Just an idea

whats CS?

i have another paypal account (maybe thats why?) i could transfer to that and withdraw

Or just technical support, w/e they offer

are both accounts using the same bank details?

Ye maybe try to send it over and withdraw from your 2nd account.

You've probably gone over the limit and you now have to go though normal banking checks.

hmm

i had £0 in there, now its about £87, limits, i guess how much each year, not sure tbh

i got 2 paypal accounts, 2 different bank cards, same address

yep it's per year. I think it's something like 1700 check by logging on to your account, In ‘Account Overview’ page by account balance click on view limits.

on the main page showing recent transactions? as i dont see anywhere where it says "view limits"

Yep to the right of where it says PayPal balance: view limits in blue

i recond ive reached a limit, i logged into my other account and that has all the limits listed

I have just tried to send money to my other account and i get this :

Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked the last link

You cannot email money to yourself. Please enter another user's email address if you would like to send money to someone.

I reached some limit the other week, just had to verify my home phone number (automated), bank details. took a few days but now I'm back in "good standing"
