I've never ever used the word "brunch". It sounds wrong, as does lunch.

As does eating tea.

It's still breakfast. Breakfast isn't a time, it's a meal, or rather your first meal after "fasting" (which you'd be doing when you're sleeping).

I would actually say Breakfast, Lunch and Tea unless I am eating out or having something more formal in the evening and then it would be dinner.

At school would you say dinner box or lunch box? At Christmas time do you say Christmas dinner or Christmas Lunch? It's not black and white, the jury's still out!
