I have a spot on my nose..help?

First off, don't put toothpaste on it, it doesn't help, it will only damage your skin (particularily you have sensitive skin).

If you must get rid of it (it's best to leave them however obviously this isn't always feasible) make sure you do it in a clean manner, i.e don't use grubby fingernails. There's always the danger of infection and scarring.

And to the people saying "wash more" sadly this is not the cure. In fact, overly washing can make things worse. Sadly in many cases it's not being "dirty" that causes these things - a stigma which acne sufferers will quite often be frustrated by.

Warm a flannel and apply to spotty area to open pores.

Grab a needle and disinfect it (alcohol/heat).

Lance nasty spot and squeeze gently.

Apply cold water to area to close pores.

After 10 minutes gently apply germoline or equivalent.

Puss removal done.

I wish I'd not read that whilst eating!!.. :( (:D)

pfft hes a man, sensitive skin is for woman. Toothpaste does a quality job at drying big messy ones up or turning oozy spots in ones you can squeeze solid matter out of.
Hes made a mess of it now so its toothpaste for him, unlucky mate, no ladies for you tonight :D

serious note, go to local sunbed place, are you pale skinned? then do about 4 minutes and put your face right up against the bulbs :) thats the way to get rid of spots tbh!
