I stopped plating CoD4 for this reason, sick of morons shouting wallhacker and cheater, in WaW somehow the players are much more mature and I've not been called a cheater once even on good rounds and people actually play to have some fun :).

He was just quoting the ridiculous statement made by somebody else (unnecessarily perhaps). No need to empty the pram ;)
 
The best player on CS:S (ok it's not the one of the game mentioned in the thread title but it's still online play) I ever saw was a player named 'RS'. This guy's play was insane but I very much doubt he ever made much money from it. Certainly going by from what he said anyway.

I think sometimes you have to be in the right place at the right time. It's not just about being three or more times better than a decent player on a public server.
