Imagine if he had said " I have never seen so many BLACK people in one place" what would have happened?

Our media is racist. They are a big part of the problem in our country.

It’s a strange thing to say but I’m not sure who would be offended by it. I’m white and I couldn’t care in the slightest.
Double standards that is all, it's not offensive.
Tell me you don't think there would have been an issue if he had said " I have never seen so many black people in one place"

Well that wouldn't make sense, you can't tell someones religion or sexuality just by looking at them in a crowd.

Yes , you can never tell

Did Mr snow report on last week's anti brexit march, quite sure that there was a few white people there amongst the 300,000 that attended.

My train going home from work was mobbed after the previous protest. The first thing that struck me then was how very metropolitan, white middle-class the overwhelming majority were tbh so yeah - strange thing to say.
Chaos? Empty organic, fair trade skinny soya bean costa cups and left over cucumber wheat wraps strewn everywhere?

C'mon dude, that's just not true. Most of your threads are about immigration or your perceived slight of white males by, well, anyone. I'm not having a go but it does make me wonder why you are so outraged so often.

We don't see eye to eye very often but this did make me smile. Cheers :)
It's not Outrage, that's why.

The concern is that (a) it's implying something negative, (b) equating race with culture, i.e. racism, and (c) fostering our society's increasing obsession with race. In my life time I have seen race become more, not less, of an issue in my society. Chiefly through the media focus on it and the efforts of those who think they are fighting racism.
Exactly this, it's getting worse simply by the idiots who think they are helping stop it.

It would be funny if it wasn't so sad

It is funny, you’re outraged by a white man. When literally a few metres away tommy was going off on one about Syrian refugees until red in face, trying to incite a riot by boiling over tensions.

Jon Snow is a hero.
Was this broadcasted by a state owned TV station or ignored?

Which is the correct response? You seem unsure on what the issue is.
