My car was seized due to no insurance/mot. I seem to have misplaced paperwork but there was 3points+£60fine within 28day, its dragged and I am stuck with little idea who to contact, the DVLA and explain? I had to get a new licence for the number, find sheets maybe and send off. If I do nothing?? they just distroy, gimmie 6point+threaten£1k fine? I have paid MOT fines
