i just got a new case but have a problem

today i got a 580 and a corsair graphite case to put it in

the problem is that after putting all my components in the case i realised the front removable cover was missing (i have no idea how i missed it duing the build)

my question is do you think im going to have to take everything back out and return the whole tower? :confused:

or do you think i will just be sent the missing part?

i hope its the latter as its going to be a huge pain in the arse otherwise :rolleyes:

i know that nobody can say for sure until i phone the shop tomorrow but i just thought maybe someone else might have had a simular problem?

You mean the front grill? Graphite Series - Cases , contact the place you purchased the case and explain to them what you have just realised. Have you checked the package/box the case came in?.

I would email corsair. They have very good customer support and I have heard stories where they have sent people brand new 800D side panels for free when it was the owner fault. I think they will probably just send you a new cover

thanks for the replies, yep its the grill that covers the front fan

i bought the case from ocuk, i know its not their fault and the part was not in the box

i checked again before posting this

ill see what corsair say, i dont suppose you know of a phone number for them do you?
edit: just found the number on the ocuk site so ill call them tomorrow
