So i popped outside to make sure the car is locked and i see this hooded chav walking IN THE ROAD AGAINST ONCOMING TRAFFIC ON A 4 LANE DUAL CARRIGEWAY CARTING A WHEELIE BIN!!!!. He kept looking over his shoulder at the house he just knicked this bin from. He turned around to cross the road and a copper car pulled up besides him. They search him, arrest him, return the bin to the derelict house and take a statment off the neighbour.
This chav woke the neighbours up, because the house next to them is being refurbished and has scaffolding up at the front with ladders propped up. The neighbours called the cops as they saw this chap walking down the road and these coppers that arrested him just so happen to be travelling down this very road at the time the neighbours call the police station. The cops got the call from the police station just after they arrested the chav
