if we're moaning about the state of modern games, recently been re-playing assasins creed 3 (you know those random notions) and whilst normally you'd expect me to be complaining about uplay, logging in, servers being down etc.
nope, what got me was how horrendously broken the single player campaign was, random audio dropouts during cutscenes, not clearing the map of side missions during a main quest mission, characters randomly being aggressive when they shouldn't be, the map and fast travel system being constantly screwed up (where you'd have to fast travel within say boston, to get the map to allow you to fast travel to the rest of the map), even got killed by a wolf that jumped me during a cutscene which was amusing to watch.
it's almost like ubisoft decided "nobody's playing this anymore save for nostalgia, lets revert to the release build"
