yeah I know this thread will prob be closed for some reason beyond me but I just tried posting in a thread that got locked before I finished my post and got greeted with a vb message saying it was locked.... I quite like this :) which makes me wonder why it wasnt added before? are there other neat little vb addons this forum could use to make it that little bit more enjoyable? maybe some ajax?? I'd love to see that :) nothing like a good ajax forum :D but I guess thats asking too much :p

yes but I mean real time update of forum threads - for example I have to refresh the page to see a fresh order of posts :p but that was just an example :) was just wondering what other neat little things vb has to offer :)

sinque - ajax is real time updates to an object (for example a forum thread)

yes but this forum didnt use it. its only just been activated because I always try to post in controversial threads that inadvertantly get locked ^.^ used to get taken to a page saying "sorry this thread has been closed" or something along the lines.
