I made a mistake! How can I get back to Windows 8.1?!?!

Yeah i've tried doing this but for some reason I can't get the laptop to boot off of the USB drive. I've changed the setting in the BIOS but it wont do it.
 
It sounds like secure boot is active, switch it off/change it to legacy in the bios, to get it to boot from USB.
 
SUCCESS!!!!! Managed to get Windows 8.1 back onto it through the method KIA mentioned. Was a struggle though..... Had to clear the hardrives in command prompt and mess around with the BIOS a bit but it's done!

Only problem now is that I have no drivers for anything on my laptop. So need to start redownloading them all!

Slightly OT, I've just bought a new laptop which has come with windows 8. I can't see a licence key sticker anywhere, is this usual? I'm thinking of re-installing as everything is in German....
 
I've changed every language setting that I can see but still get the odd bit of German, like "Gast" account and PC settings when alt tabbing.
