I work in a Games shop at the minute. I wouldn't recommend geeking it out as it just looks stupid.

It's for a store that sells games. Plus I hardly know HTML! But I understand what you mean and it's what I have planned.

If I don't get the job it just means that I am too good for them or that they want someone who is more flexible with times.
Done some more tweeking and sent you a template for a cover letter. Hope it helps.
What type of job are you applying for - tailor your cv towards that.
Will your Cisco quals be of importance, if so they should be in a sperate section entitled professional qualifications and above Education.
If you're going to use tables, make sure they all line up, don't use table borders it doesn't help scan a cv.
What are the key skills/experience that matches the role you're applying for, ensure these are stated clearly an are the first bullet points in your current/previous jobs.
You've had a lot of jobs in a short period - why? I assuming part time/contract, but I shouldn't have to assume this.

You really need to push your customer service skills and experience. That's probably more important to them then knowledge of gaming.
