work is really picking up, even though i dont have a website. However, i have got to the point where i think i need something a little more pro than flickr.

I have no web experience at all, cant code, nada....

A wordpress hoster looks like an option, and then i can buy a theme. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience? Are they relatively easy to manage?

Cheers

Adam.

more reading suggests a worpress site is the way to go for me... photocrati looks nice but is $80 compared to the usual $30 for themes, I'll post a few choices up and let you lot critique

well.. domain purchased, hosting sorted, wordpress installed, theme purchased... and it all seems very very easy.

You can make me eat my words when it all goes wrong loading content

Its a slow process, but i am slowly getting on with it.

I need to do a hell of lot of optimisation for slow connection (I fully appreciate the images need resizing and compressing)

I aslo need to work out how to better manage lightbox galleries... anyone know how to link to a lightbox gallery through a single image, rather than have all gallery images on the page?

be nice...

cheers, thats probably 3 hours work so far. Adding images and galleries is pretty clunky but fool proof.

Theme is village. Kin looks nicer, but it only displays portrait
