I need the phone number for a gentlemen living in Scunthorpe, recently purchased a car off of him, I was informed a spare wheel would be included in the deal and sent to me at a later date (as it was getting restored), it's been 6 weeks and he hasnt been in touch and wont answer my calls to his mobile.
It's frustrating that he wont just answer calls and give me a reason why I don't have the spare wheel yet!
