I'm in a electric Powerchair so finding the right bag is not easy.
So I thought I would ask here for help.

The bag must hold a Nikon D5300 and Tamron 150-600 G2(on it's own) and a 200mm lens. Plus 4 batteries and the normal stuff.

I need easy access to camera\lens and it will be on my lap all the time.
I was looking at the Slingshot Edge 150 AW and the Slingshot Edge 250 AW.
But I don't know if they will hold what I need.

The camera bag must go around my body\shoulder for safety. This is why I looked at the slingshot bags.
I will pay about £100 for the right bag.

Thanks

Lowepro have a bag finder on their website

http://www.lowepro.com/bagfinder

Using that tool, specifying the D5300, 4 batteries, the space for the Tamron 150-600 which is 106 x 258mm in size (specified extra large on the bagfinder) and a 200mm lens (not specified so I've picked medium size lens on the bagfinder) plus a couple of memory cards and some cables.

Bag finder suggests the slingshot 202AW

There might be other combinations though, the Tamron 150-600mm is quite clearly a big lens!

You might want to drop them an email as well, since you have specific requirements due to your disability, they'll probably give some helpful advice
