I need help with a Motherboard

Alright. Look at the back of the case and count the expansion slots:

V8bz46F.jpg

2 or 3 is Mini-ITX. 4 or 5 is Micro-ATX. 6 or more is ATX or EATX.

See what rear fan size it has. 80mm or 120mm or 140mm. That'll give an indication of the size of CPU cooler you can use.

Find out which power supply it is (brand and model) and which monitor (resolution and refresh rate).

If possible, take pics of the case and power supply.
Ok thanks I'll try and take some pictures

Sorry it's not a great picture, there isn't much room behind my pc and it's a bit dusty

What am I looking for specifically, it says stuff like +3.3V and 20A but I'm guessing that's the usage

If you have a look at the shop's power supply section, you'll see they have the brand and name and/or label somewhere: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/pc-components/power-supplies

If yours doesn't have anything like that it would be safer to assume it's a no-name cheapo which should be replaced when you get new components.
