I have a AsRock Ex4 Gen 3 board and I love it!
But I like gigabyte boards for the same functionality, looks and more importantly and a thing that ASRock board doest have - UK based support and warranty!

What is your budget? Do you plan on SLI/Crossfire later?

If you don't plan on adding another GPU later, the Gigabyte board mentioned is good:

The XFX PSU mentioned is good too. If you wanted something cheaper this will also run your system:

Also, have you got that stuff already? If so, be aware that that RAM has high heatsinks which may get in the way of some coolers. If you got a retail CPU then that cooler will be fine with the RAM.

i can spend anything up to a grand but i don't want to spend all of it so that's why i haven't gone with a i7, originally i was planning on getting 2 460s but then just changed my mind on getting a single 560 ti so i can basically get what ever i want within reason

If you've not got the RAM yet, this is low profile so will keep out the way of any coolers:

Well as I said, that Gigabyte board is great for single GPUs. If you want the possibility of SLI:

is the cheapest, or one of these:

and PSU you'll want 650W+ This is good:

(it doesn't have the green fan but is the same :p)

It might be easier if you state what you have already, what you need and we can spec the best for that budget?
