Yes true, I guess each person has their own experiences - good and bad - with each provider really. Never had problems with VM been with them 14 years.

Sky are great, they just weren't fast enough for me. Good customer service, good speeds, great uptime.

BT have been great since I moved to them.

Years ago I was with Eclipse and they were fantastic.

If next door have it then get Virgin to install a cable from next door to your house. That's what happened to us.

That's true. I'm with Talk Talk FTTC, but it was a nightmare to get set up! It took around 4 months of constantly arranging time for them to do it, taking the morning off of work - and they just never turned up. I called them and they said they cancelled it, but without telling me. This happened about 4 times!

In the end I wrote a letter to the higher ups, and then someone came and did it.
