Hi.
I've just stuck an OCZ Vertex 2 in my Dad's old HP DV9340 laptop as it was comedy slow.
However, I need to get the old hard drive in the 2nd bay asap and an adapter I have bought from eBay still hasn't shown up in the post.
Deadline for getting it sorted is tomorrow and as it hasn't come today, the time has passed.
It looks like a very simple bridging of the connectors with paperclips or fuse wire and electrical tape would get things working until the adapter shows up (or we get another one) but I wanted to know what I can get away with using to connect them.
Is thick fuse wire ok or should I use the paperclip option?
Thanks a lot
