I-Pod library problem

I have recently built myself a new PC and have re-installed I-tunes on the new computer. When I try to download the songs from my I-pod onto my new I-tunes it says that they are registered to another I-tunes (my old computer)

Is there any way for me to get around this and get all the songs on my new computer? Probably a really simple answer but I really don't know what to do

Did you not backup the library from the old computer to move to the new one?

I still have the old computer hard drive sitting round, just make a copy of that and put it on the new PC?

Basically yeah. Drag over everything in the itunes folder to the new machine.
