My dad resprayed a Cutlass for somebody years ago, he always used to enthuse over it.
I'm starting to find I prefer the Challenger to the Charger these days, something I didn't think I'd ever say!
 
Challengers rock but that colour is Sick. I don't mean the young sick cool kind either, i mean it makes me feel sick.
Some people have no taste whatsoever. Buy a decent motor and spray it that colour, words fail me.

I do believe that the reasoning behind the Lime Green, Candy Orange, and the Plum paint schemes on the Chargers and Challengers was something like, "These cars are just so badass they can pull of ANY colour. Let's test that theory!!"

You gotta remember, these cars were built RIGHT after the psychadelic part of the 60's, so there were a LOT of people still coming down off freebie flashbacks at that point. So those garish colours fit right in with thier PCP-induced view of the world!! :D
 
The way I look at it, any car manufacturer who a) actually paints a car that shade of green and b) then goes and calls that colour "Sub-Lime" should be commended :)

Nope :) I really like green Challengers, especially with black roof, bonnet and interior.
