I seem to have a problem..

Heya bud,

Could you please post some details of your system?

Your problem sounds similar to one I experienced where the core clock and memory speeds of the GPU were set incorrectly as a result of swapping cards.
 
Tried reinstalling the latest drivers?

What did you do that could have caused it? (such as updating drivers/installed other device drivers)
