I'll put it down that when I ordered I didn't do my normal homework on such stuff and I had got the death of my Dad on my mind.
Also my tech mind tells me that surely there must be a device that you stick on your bike and track it with a phone without having to add a Sim to it!!
I’ve been trying (for years) to find a decent bike GPS tracker that’s small with a battery that doesn’t need recharging every month, no monthly subscription and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg and well, they dont exist. They are either massive or have the battery life of a Month or cost too much or are tied to some cloud subscription service
But then the AirTags came out and it won on price and battery life. For me (an iPhone owner) it was a no brainier
