A headache being an itegral symptom of many (but not all) environmental infections (i.e. colds, flu, and some gastric infections)

Erm, it was cooked thoroughly and there was nothing wrong with the sell by date. I just presumed that it was the cause of me throwing up.

Like TheMightyTen said, it now seems unlikely that it was the food was responsible. Maybe it was just a 24hr bug?

I'm still throwing the other curry away though.

on the subject of drinking coke and lemonade etc after being sick a lot, yes it helps me a great deal, but please god make sure its flat, i forgot once, swigged some coke, and felt like i had just melted my stomach, as my stomach lining wasnt great as i had been sick lots, it hurt like hell
