Basically, what models pivot so the vertical length is longer? I'd like to spend £250 max and would like something for photoshopping. The cheaper the better of course though.
You can get a range of stands, clamps and arms which will support any monitor with VESA mounting holes (just about every one these days). Myself and a few others around here have the Ergoton Neo-Flex. (Just to give you an example to look at)
As mentioned though, some of the widescreen Dells and a few other models do it out of the box.
Your sig says X800, and i've found the Cat. Control Center handles Vertical pretty well. I have Normal & Vertical profiles saved with desktop shortcuts, which makes switching between them quick and easy.
You will struggle to find a 19" widescreen that pivots at the moment due to the design constripts. It would have to stand very high from the base when in Landscape to be able to pivot into portrait.
