If you really want to broaden your musical taste, I think you need to try something other than popular music. I'd like to get into classical and world music more, but I don't know where to start. By "world music" I mean traditional music from other countries. I saw some South American wind pipers/bongo drums/traditional singing and dancing on holiday last year that sounded pretty good. I'd like to hear more traditional African music too. But South American traditional music is really relaxing. I've also been listening to a lot of live jazz and vocal music which gets you in a good positive mood (at work anyway).

He hasn't done any of those tracks, he has ripped people off and stuck out of time/tune samples across the top.

Every single track by 'DJ Rankin' is stolen, that is no lie.

Take a look on youtube for 'The Real DJ Rankin' video to find out all.

You really should tell us what you listen to now so we can suggest things that are different... however few random ones on my iTunes:

Bad Religion
Easyworld
Kevin Devine
Eels
Interpol
Coheed and Cambria
Queens of the stone age

I know he didn't come up with the original song, and that he's simply changed the names of a few of them. I have seen the video. But I think his sped up versions with lyrics on the top are good.
