i know, cool right :D, i think about 4 of them are GPU though :(, when i plant it on full before i goto bed, the GPU one starts aswell as CPU.

its doing another 2 days thing again on the CPU one !

wont be long untill i hit 10 though :)

not right now its not, iv just done a fresh install of windows, so need to re-install the software.

but when i run it, i have it on medium when im on the computer, and set it to full at night when i goto bed.

the guitar of justice was something to keep my occupied :), and will just sit there looking pretty :D

I have thought about selling it of for charity though.. but don't know yet. will see how I feel about it when its finished :)

Welcome to the fold!:D I run F@H on two machines one at work so zero cost :) and then one at home.

I haven't sat down to work out the electric costs for 24 hour folding and probably shouldn't :P but just went through the million points boundary last night and churning out 32,000 ppd on average.

All my hardware is running at stock speeds until I get my CPU and GPU underwater. I find running Prime95 hammers my cpu more than folding however the AMD GPU definitely gets a work out.

Hey BIFFA,

My home machine is running 24hrs specs are per my sig (Single GPU)

My work machine specs are:

HP Z400 Workstation
Intel Xeon W3565 3.2Ghz
16GB RAM
NVIDIA Quadro 2000

This machine runs about 12-24 hours per day.

Most I can seem to peak at is 42,000 ppd. Are their some extra settings I need to add? My home system is using the GPU and I have entered my passkey so I should be getting the credit.

Wonder what I missed?
 
while your on the pc is the gpu usage at 99% I remember I had a problem of when not at the pc the gpu stopped folding but when at the pc and using it the gpu then folded.

there also use to be the AMD cards needed 1 cpu core to fold with, don't think that's the case any more, is the folding slider set to full in web control? im sure I remember it needing to be at full for the gpu to fold correctly.

I normally use the advanced menu from the taskbar to set the machine to full, I will check the web panel and see if that's the same this evening.

I will check the GPU load with GPUID and see what's going on. Would I need a third party app to tweak it to work correctly?
 
you shouldn't need anything to tweak it to work.

you don't have a screen saver on do you? when my screen saver use to come on the gpu stopped folding!!! I just turned my monitor of when away from the pc.

I would deffantly check the web control though and make sure its to full.
