And found some spray paint, so I painted my 360 remote

I might get some Vinyl Dye and do the rest of my 360 stuff, I think it looks a lot better in black; would certainly match my other stuff better.

Took it apart, one screw and a few clips are all that hold it together.

Composition could be improved and the depth of field should be increased for the first two shots IMO.

You try shooting handheld in this light with a smaller aperture, f2.2 and 800ISO was needed to get 1/40s

Im confused what have you done? My remote for my TV has a button that lights up all the buttons so I can see em in the dark, have you just pressed it?

It would be yeah, this was only a quick go (no sandpaper or anything). Although saying that the third photo makes it look really bad and it isn't.

It looks pretty much like the original (slightly textured) but black.

That gives a much better idea of the finish.

Did you prep it with primer or seal it after spraying it? Just wondered, as if not it will more than likely start coming off with repeated handling.

Couple of coats of clear laquer after painting.

Yeah that third pic makes the spray look pretty awful, but in the fourth pic it looks pretty good. Nice one.
