https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/dark-background-light-text/ a few timesd it justy stops working & I have to reinstall, but I switched auto update from Defualt (I guess that is the same as no) to yes.
Cool, thanks. I am very brieght lightt sensitive & colors like white can hurt a bit., my monitor is Asus VA24EHE 23.8" Monitor, 1080P, Full HD, IPS, I am playing CE now,75Hz, HDMI D-Sub DVI-D, Adaptive-Sync / FreeSync, VESA wall mountable, Eye Care, Flicker-free and Low Blue Light. Would another monitor help? Like CE, this effects that game also, the world is to bright. It was fine on my last monitor it was a Samsung Syncmaser not sure of the model.Just bare in mind not all sites have their own dark mode, while some browsers can "force" it by doing the inverting themselves, sometimes it inverts the wrong thing making the site harder to look at. I much prefer it as an add-on where fixes can come out faster and the community can help instead of the browser side.
Dark Reader is the more popular add-on and usually comes out with fixes quite quickly, I would try that: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/darkreader/
Then I have trouble reading thing/seeing none bright areas. Would a new monitor help? Or is the brightness levels the same on all recent monitors? If that's the main reason I would highly suggest going into your monitor settings and change the colour profile/brightness there until it's something you're comfortable with.
All monitors will have different brightness levels, colour profiles, etc. Then I have trouble reading thing/seeing none bright areas. Would a new monitor help? Or is the brightness levels the same on all recent monitors?
I haven't found the right seyying yet, if you have Windows 10 on high contrast could that be at fault, but how can I keep everything in dark mode? Gamma in CE doesm't seem to adjust in real time. Found aa vid. on youtube, brightness should be 20-30, seems kind of low, but I will see.All monitors will have different brightness levels, colour profiles, etc.
Ignoring the brightness setting, does tweaking contrast, gamma, etc not help either?
Conan Exiles. Yes it has video settings. There's no best setting that fits all, everyone's vision is different.
I suggest trying the Dark Reader add-on I linked a while back and see if that helps, at least for the browsing side.
I'm honestly not sure what CE is, is it a game? Does it have its own display settings within it?
