OK, I have 3 monitors.

One AGP 9800 Pro 128mb powering two of them.
One PCI 9250 128mb or 256 dunno, powering the other.

This was fine in XP, but I've had to upgrade to Vista for several reasons.

So I'm on Vista and everything is fine apart from that the PCI 9250 isn't supported because it's a Direct x8 card.

OK, so I need a direct x9 card, that's ATi, and that's PCI. Not PCI-e, just regular PCI. I can't find one for love nor money.

Can anyone here?

Im not sure ATI ever made a PCI DX9 card, however there is this post on ebay of a sapphire card that states it has DX9 Compliance, what that means exactly is another question.

No, I ran on complete basic and it wouldn't have it.
