Recently my current mouse have been giving me a few problems, and I have come to the conclusion that it is nearly knackered, so I would like a new one :).

Anyway, a few constraints:

- Must be wired,
- Must not cost over £30 including delivery (which I still think is a hell of a lot for a mouse),

I have read a few previous threads about different mice, and it seems the G5 and the MX518 are most lauded upon around here.

So does anyone have any suggestions?

Cheers!

i got a saitek gm3200

it has adjustable dpi setting on the mouse itself (800dpi-3200dpi)

it has 2 mode so u can set what dpi and what you want the extra buttons to do

i got it from the leading computer store in england ( i personally wouldnt call it that but its the best way i can explain it without nameing it)

cost £30

Add it to your basket and see, just to save you the bother though it is £3.39 Royal Mail Second Class.

You really should remove the names and links to competitors though, it is one of the quickest ways to earn a suspension. :)
Thanks. I removed the links :). Now I have another question, what is better the Logitech MX 518 or the Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 3.0?

Do you have a chance to test either of the mice? Some people are Microsoft fans, some Logitech and some Razor etc etc so while I can recommend you one if it doesn't suit your hand then it matters little what I think. For what it is worth I've got a Logitech G7 and I like the on-the-fly adjustability settings which the MX518 also has but then I've also got a couple of original Intellimouse V3s and they feel equally comfortable. So sorry that doesn't help much but the best possible advice is to try them out. :)
