i3 bundle advice

I have decided to buy an i3 bundle. I need the i3 CPU, Motherboard and 4gig of ram.

Can some kind person spec these up for me please? Not sure what motherboard and ram to get. Many thanks.

This works well for me.

Is it a fast setup? I would be running it with 'onboard' graphics for awhile.

Told you Wayne 'old' buddy, intel is needed as AMD won't be any use for my needs at the mo

So apart from

Being only £275
Being faster in games than Athlon II X4 Quad Cpu's
Using significantly less power
Being able to stream HD master Audio without the need for Sound cards
Being able to clock to 4ghz with ease
Having all the lastest instruction sets
And being 32nm

Looks like a good deal then? Might just plump for that or should i go for this spec that i mentioned in another thread:




I know it is socket 775!! That mobo any good? I only want onboard graphics.

Is that CPU as good as or better than say an AMD tri core 720 CPU?

Ok, thanks guys. Sorry for mentioning 775 but i am not that clever on sockets etc. Looks like the i3 has the upper hand as i5 is too expensive at the moment.
