Glad you have it sorted. Temps look good and score is in the expected range so all looks to be working as expected.

Every company sometimes sends out dead products and is how they deal with the problem that shows if they are worth buying from again. Did Arctic have good communication and deal with it to your satisfaction ?

Some problems. Arctic wanted to replace it for me but they had no more product in stock. So they asked me if I could see with the site where I bought it. This site in question no longer had any in stock either, so I bought the same from a reseller of the site. And I have to send the defective one back to the after-sales service to get a refund, which I hope won't be a problem. But having them 2 different people at Arctic both were really understandable, pleasant and nice!
 
As mentioned, they won’t test every single component before shipping.
Glad Arctic offers good customer service.
Recently had to deal with Lian Li and Phanteks. Both really good too.
